I’ve been in therapy for about 3 years, and the only [CD] that’s worked to help me relax is yours. Other people’s that they’ve played in the groups have been okay, some of ‘em, but yours is the only one that really helped me go deep…

I have spent many years studying the art of relaxation through meditation, guided imagery, positive affirmation and the like and have found your Relax Into Healing Series to be by far some of the best available, anywhere! I especially liked the format of [Track 2 – Relaxation/Affirmation Techniques] – the deep relaxation induction followed by a series of well-designed affirmations. It gives the listener time to ingest each one on a deep, subjective level.

I’ve used your tapes for years. I have other tapes, but yours are the ones I always come back to…your voice, your words, your phrasing, and your music!  And my kids love listening to them, too!

I’ve read so many books about meditation, yoga, etc., and I’ve been in India studying meditation from Indian yogis and Tibetan lamas.  Of all I learned, I still prefer color meditation to anything else…As you know, each color has a specific beneficial “quality” (there is a better word in Danish, but I can’t find the equivalent in English)…still, I can’t visualize colors clearly.  Listening to your tape make it easier.  The nice music in the background also helps to get into th… Read more

I’ve listened to a lot of relaxation tapes and CDs, but yours is the best – the most balanced – your voice is wonderful, the affirmations are…not too flowery!

My 11-year old son has been restless at night and having trouble sleeping, maybe because of the adolescent melatonin imbalance thing. I heard your [Relaxation/Affirmation Techniques] tape at a stress-management training offered by the New York City chapter of the MS society. Of six tapes used, I found yours to be the most useful. I’ve had MS for 20 years, and stress for many more, and I felt wonderful for days after hearing your tape.
