Hi Nancy -I am 49, a many-year yoga teacher, yoga nidra teacher and cancer/palliative care social worker – currently going through the experience of triple negative breast cancer treatment…While I have guided many patients and students through this journey, I felt deeply that I needed a guide or coach myself. I find much of what’s available in the world of visualization unhelpful or unfitting with my own spiritual view…
I am so grateful to have found your deeply wise offering “Chemotherapy: A Healing Solution” while doing a late-night search on the web. I’m on my third day after my first chemo treatment (1 of 8 of a very dose-dense two-week protocol requiring bone marrow boosters in between cycles) and your gentle support has been such a blessing to me! Wanted to say thank-you. My mom is going through chemo right now and as you probably know it’s been hard on her. I found your CD at the UofO bookstore, and she just told me she was so relaxed she fell asleep and napped, something she never does. She said thanks it helped immensely, and was something she didn’t even know she needed.

Nancy Hopps warm and gentle voice, along with her wonderful message, has made an astonishing difference in the stage 4 lymphoma I have been diagnosed with. This week I had the third of the six chemo treatments in my protocol. Before listening to the CD’s, I had persistent pain in my stomach and back. Amazingly, after the first chemo session, and listening to Nancy’s CD’s at least two times a day, my oncologist said I am doing “fantastically well.” Prior to listening to the CD’s, I always thought of chemo as POISON – but now because of Nancy’s words – I do look at it in an entirely different way – chemo IS my ALLY in this journey (as she states on the CD’s) . Never once have I had to throw up – or endure the myriad of side effects, for the most part, have not occurred. I attribute my progress to ALL to Nancy’s guidance. My doctor’s PA came in the infusion department to see me as I was having the (third) chemo and she said they expect a CURE with the way things are progressing.
Getting these CD’s has truly made a difference and would recommend them highly!
