A note from Nancy regarding this recording:

As the name implies, this CD is designed to transport you sweetly into a deeply relaxed, blissful state of being. That said, know that crystal is a very powerful amplifier. You may be immediately carried off into celestial realms by the bowls’ tones. You may drift into a deep meditative state, or sleep. You may, however, at times, feel an amplification of a current physical, mental or emotional state.

If this occurs, I encourage you to embrace these emotions and/or sensations as a welcomed part of your journey, and invite them to keep moving, as you release them with your breath. I guarantee, the energy will change and transform, usually very quickly.

Because the vibrational frequency created by the alchemy of these bowls (and the various gems and minerals infused in them) is such a powerful creative force, it is also important to hold a clear intention as you listen.

You may wish to release a particular emotional, physical, or mental stressor, or to bring something into manifestation in your life. Perhaps you have a specific healing intention…for yourself, a loved one, or for our planet.
