Yesterday I was pretty sick and listened to the new [Pain] CD 3 times. It is just perfect. You have such an amazing gift… your voice is so comforting and soothing and well-timed. Your choice of words is the best…stuff I’ve never heard on any other CD. It eases so much of the tension and lowers the pain decibels so that I can always fall asleep, even if just for a little while. The reprieve I get is such a huge relief. I’d like to buy one for my oldest daughter, as well, because she too gets these awful migraines.

You have the MOST effective line of soothing tapes/CDs I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried a lot of ’em… The reason I wanted to order the Relaxation/Affirmation CD is because a friend of mine sent me the cassette tape quite a few years ago and it is almost worn out!! It is my favorite relaxation method of all. It always relaxes me into a restful sleep. Keep up the good work.

Let it go. Since stress is a huge trigger for cravings, learning to deal with it could potentially save you hundreds of calories a day. This will take some practice. You can try deep breathing or visualizing a serene scene on your own, or you can speed things up by buying one of the many CDs that teach progressive muscle relaxation.
