I gave your Relax-Quick! CD as a gift to each of our professional facilitators at the recent Annual Company Meeting. We then used the CD for an extended relaxation exercise during the meeting. People enjoyed the first exercise so much, that we decided to do the entire Section 2!  ‘Rainbow’ and ‘Back-Pack’ were our favorites. You have the MOST effective line of soothing tapes/CDs I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried a lot of ’em… The reason I wanted to order the Relaxation/Affirmation CD is because a friend of mine sent me the cassette tape quite a few years ago and it is almost worn out!!
