I wanted to let you know that the patient that used your [Surgery] CD has done beautifully and had no post-operative nausea or vomiting, and minimal pain. This is remarkable, considering that the size of the tumor removed from her pelvis was so much more than she – or anyone – expected, and was completely embedded/attached to major organs. She has a clean bill of health, positive energy, and is quite active for someone so soon after a surgery like this.  Bravo!  I have yet to listen to the ent… Read more

Nancy’s gifts include intuitively incorporating the power of sound healing (along with other modalities) into her private client work and public offerings. Her guided meditations and vocal toning combine with the elevated frequencies of her alchemical crystal alchemy singing bowls to create a transcendent healing experience.

Nancy offers online courses, retreats, mentorship programs, and maintains a limited private practice (virtual and in-person). A licensed massage therapist (LMT), she is also an Edgu and CoreYoga+™ instructor.

Much of the work Nancy does tends to defy labels. In addition to her training in sound, massage, yoga, and movement therapies, she draws from an extensive background in energy healing, mindfulness-based meditation, interactive guided imagery, hypnotherapy, biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoneuroimmunology, and other mind-body-spirit healing modalities.

The head physician at the Neurological Sciences Center of a Portland, Oregon, hospital (who’d referred patients to Nancy) summed it up succinctly in his chart notes: “Ms. Hopps is non-traditionally educated.”

Her work with private clients over the last four decades has included a wide range of presenting issues, from stress management, anxiety, and relationship issues to chronic pain, cancer, trauma, bipolar disorder, anorexia, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), gender issues, and clinical depression.

She currently specializes in sound therapy, life transitions counseling and spiritual mentoring. Of the many healing modalities she integrates into her life and work, she maintains that “the greatest of these is Love.”

Nancy lives in a tranquil rural valley near Eugene, Oregon, with her wonderfully-one-of-a-kind husband, “Dancing Bear.” She delights in frequent visits from her grown kiddos, granddaughter, and grandpuppies, along with the deer, quail, and other assorted wildlife who grace the wooded acreage of The Healing Sanctuary.

Communing with the ocean in any fashion, including snorkeling in warm tropical waters, is high on her list of favorite pastimes. That, and laughing so hard she cries.

If you’d like to know what Nancy’s up to these days (including online offerings, retreats, sound healings, mentorship programs, private sessions…) and receive special offers for products and services, please sign up for her occasional newsletters.
