Thanks so much for the CD on surgery and mending. It was wonderful. I was really apprehensive about the surgery to the point where I was focusing mostly on all the things that could go wrong. Your guided meditations and the lovely harp music really allowed me to redirect all those negative thoughts. Don’t get me wrong – I didn’t exactly leap onto the surgery table.
