THANKS FOR THE FAST-TRACK HEALING! Well my rehab continues to sail on at an accelerated pace. I work hard at the physical therapy exercises, walk as far as I can, eat good nourishing food and relax and meditate in between. Yes, “relaxing into healing” works.
