Classes and Group Offerings

Testimonials

I decided to try EDGU as it was one of the few things offered at the YMCA at a time I could attend before going to work. CLASSES and GROUP OFFERINGS (Virtual & In-person)Whew!!  As I emerge from many months of total focus on my new book and new website, the creative wheels are beginning to turn in new directions. Ideas are brewing…

I’m hearing from folks that they’re looking for ways to:

  • Deal with overwhelm, uncertainty, and dis-ease
  • Relieve a pervasive state of fear and anxiety in an increasingly crazy world.
  • Get back to a more focused spiritual practice.

And that they’re:

  • Wanting to find more joy amidst so much suffering in the world (but is that even okay to want?)
  • Wanting to find the courage to say yes to what they know is the next step on their path, (but…it’s a big, scary one and they can’t seem to do it alone!!)
  • Wanting to up their level of health and vitality, (but can’t seem to make the inner and outer changes they know they need/want to make!)

Does any of this resonate with you?  What would you most like support, guidance, information or inspiration about right now?

I’d love it if you let me know what YOU’D like to see me offer!  Who knows, your request might be the one that sparks a special interest webinar or an 8-week class or….
