I’ve read so many books about meditation, yoga, etc., and I’ve been in India studying meditation from Indian yogis and Tibetan lamas.  Of all I learned, I still prefer color meditation to anything else…As you know, each color has a specific beneficial “quality” (there is a better word in Danish, but I can’t find the equivalent in English)…still, I can’t visualize colors clearly.  Listening to your tape make it easier.  The nice music in the background also helps to get into the relaxing mood (alpha)…” [from a follow-up letter:] “Regarding your [Relaxation/Affirmation] tape…it dawned on me how fantastic it really is.  It’s as if the essence of all the teachings of the great masters is put together/compiled in this one tape that contains more wisdom than many good books combined…I could have continued to comment on how wonderful the rest of your tape is.  Suffice to say – it’s a real treasure!
