I’ve read so many books about meditation, yoga, etc., and I’ve been in India studying meditation from Indian yogis and Tibetan lamas. Of all I learned, I still prefer color meditation to anything else…As you know, each color has a specific beneficial “quality” (there is a better word in Danish, but I can’t find the equivalent in English)…still, I can’t visualize colors clearly. Listening to your tape make it easier.
