Nancy’s yoga+ classes are the best thing I’ve done for my forty-year-old body. The techniques on my Deep, Healing Sleep CD seem simple, and you would think you could do them one your own, but having your voice as a guide makes them much more effective. It’s easier if someone else is doing the driving, as it were.
