Let it go. Since stress is a huge trigger for cravings, learning to deal with it could potentially save you hundreds of calories a day. This will take some practice. I ALWAYS recommended your progressive muscle relaxation tape (w/colors on the reverse side) [Relaxation/Affirmation Techniques] when working with clients/patients who had difficulty recognizing/moving muscle tension through the body. Do you still have that? Is it available in CD? Now that I’m working in a physical therapy practice, I really need an imagery specific to muscles. I have used some of Nancy’s excellent relaxation tapes with both adults and teens with superb results. Her gentle, pleasing voice aids in transporting the listener through a rainbow of guided images. I highly recommend her tapes to anyone who is on the path less traveled.

It’s not often that we women let go of all commitments and planning and just play for the day. But that’s exactly what this group of about 16 women did. What fun we had! Using a variety of tools, Nancy guided us through various exercises which stimulated different parts of our bodies and brains – meditation, drawing, movement, games… She was a superb facilitator.
