I purchased your CD Relax Into Healing: Deep, Healing Sleep in December 2003 as I lay night after night for over 2 years not being able to obtain the quality and quantity of sleep I needed in order to function in this busy world. Well, after 2 weeks of looking at the CD I decided, “Well, it can’t hurt to try”. I am writing to you today because I have been able to fall asleep ever since the first time I listened to this amazing CD. I never thought it would really work but I gave it a try.
