I gave your Relax-Quick! CD as a gift to each of our professional facilitators at the recent Annual Company Meeting. We then used the CD for an extended relaxation exercise during the meeting. People enjoyed the first exercise so much, that we decided to do the entire Section 2! ‘Rainbow’ and ‘Back-Pack’ were our favorites.
