You have the MOST effective line of soothing tapes/CDs I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried a lot of ’em… The reason I wanted to order the Relaxation/Affirmation CD is because a friend of mine sent me the cassette tape quite a few years ago and it is almost worn out!! It is my favorite relaxation method of all. It always relaxes me into a restful sleep. Keep up the good work.

I especially liked the format of [Track 2 – Relaxation/Affirmation Techniques] – the deep relaxation induction followed by a series of well-designed affirmations. It gives the listener time to ingest each one on a deep, subjective level.

I gave your Relax-Quick! CD as a gift to each of our professional facilitators at the recent Annual Company Meeting. We then used the CD for an extended relaxation exercise during the meeting. People enjoyed the first exercise so much, that we decided to do the entire Section 2!  ‘Rainbow’ and ‘Back-Pack’ were our favorites. Once again, you have made my life so much better!!! I have been listening to your CD’s/tapes for many years, regularly, especially at night. Recently my husband had a motorcycle accident and broke both legs. Needless to say, I have been his main caregiver and it has been quite a task.
