Let it go. Since stress is a huge trigger for cravings, learning to deal with it could potentially save you hundreds of calories a day. This will take some practice. Wanted to say thank-you. My mom is going through chemo right now and as you probably know it’s been hard on her. I decided to try EDGU as it was one of the few things offered at the YMCA at a time I could attend before going to work.
