I have used some of Nancy’s excellent relaxation tapes with both adults and teens with superb results.  Her gentle, pleasing voice aids in transporting the listener through a rainbow of guided images.  I highly recommend her tapes to anyone who is on the path less traveled.

I especially liked the format of [Track 2 – Relaxation/Affirmation Techniques] – the deep relaxation induction followed by a series of well-designed affirmations. It gives the listener time to ingest each one on a deep, subjective level.

I’ve listened to a lot of relaxation tapes and CDs, but yours is the best – the most balanced – your voice is wonderful, the affirmations are…not too flowery!

I gave your [RELAXATION/AFFIRMATION CD]to my 70-yr.old mom about a year ago, and she loves it!  I’ve never seen her take to anything- any other tapes or books – like she has to yours.   She has high blood pressure, stress, and a host of other health problems, and she listens to your tape religiously every afternoon. She actually wore it out! So I’d like to send her one of each of your relaxation CD’s for an anniversary gift.

I have tried every kind of drug and herbal remedy on the market for my chronic insomnia, in addition to hypnosis, acupuncture, and solo meditation. The techniques on my Deep, Healing Sleep CD seem simple, and you would think you could do them one your own, but having your voice as a guide makes them much more effective. It’s easier if someone else is doing the driving, as it were.

My family and I attended your presentation at the U of O Bookstore.  We all enjoyed it immensely and we bought your sleep CD. Our 15 year old son has had some trouble sleeping.  Sunday nights seem to be the most problematic. The first night he used your CD he slept nine hours!! Many thanks.
