I have moderately severe spinal stenosis at L4 and 5 that causes intense muscle spasms. I’ve been using your relaxation techniques for several months now, and they’re working…this is a serious back injury, and it’s really helping! Also, using these techniques in combination with exercise and diet, my blood pressure has dropped from 200/80 to 160/65!
